- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been purchased
This policy is in place because:
- Product safety and efficacy cannot be guaranteed once items leave our facility
- Storage conditions (temperature, light exposure, handling) cannot be verified
- We adhere to strict health and regulatory guidelines
