Refund policy

Pharmaceutical-Grade Product Return Policy
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical-grade products and to ensure the safety and integrity of all items:
  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been purchased
This policy is in place because:
  • Product safety and efficacy cannot be guaranteed once items leave our facility
  • Storage conditions (temperature, light exposure, handling) cannot be verified
  • We adhere to strict health and regulatory guidelines

Exceptions (If Applicable)
Replacements or refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
  • Product was damaged upon receipt
  • Product was incorrectly dispensed
  • Product is expired at time of purchase
To qualify:
  • Issues must be reported within 48–72 hours of purchase
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required
