All orders are shipped via UPS
No Pickup Option Available

Shipping from 0-1lb.: $8.00 flat fee
Shipping from 1.5-5lbs: $15.00 flat fee
Shipping on orders $125.00 and above: FREE

Shipping hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Summer hours (Memorial Day – Labor Day): Friday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

 

Pharmaceutical-Grade Product Return Policy

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical-grade products and to ensure the safety and integrity of all items:

●      All sales are final

●      We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been purchased

This policy is in place because:

●      Product safety and efficacy cannot be guaranteed once items leave our facility

●      Storage conditions (temperature, light exposure, handling) cannot be verified

●      We adhere to strict health and regulatory guidelines

Exceptions (If Applicable)

Replacements or refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

●      Product was damaged upon receipt

●      Product was incorrectly dispensed

●      Product is expired at time of purchase

To qualify:

●      Issues must be reported within 48–72 hours of purchase

●      Product must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable)

●      Proof of purchase is required
